Is Phone Call Coaching available on the free tier?
No. Phone Call Coaching is exclusively available to Pro subscribers. Free users have access to text coaching (3 sessions/day). Upgrade to Pro to unlock the phone bridge, real-time transcription, and live AI suggestions during your calls.
How does the free tier work?
You get 3 text coaching sessions per day, completely free. Each session can be as long as you need — there's no time limit per session. Sessions reset at midnight UTC. Phone Call Coaching requires a Pro subscription.
What counts as a "session"?
A session starts when you tap "Start Live Session" and ends when you stop it. One conversation = one session, regardless of duration.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Same Pro features either way. Annual at $249/year works out to ~$20.75/month — saving you 28% compared to paying monthly ($29 × 12 = $348). That's basically 2 months free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Is my conversation data stored?
Free tier: transcripts are deleted after the session. Pro tier: session history and breakdowns are stored securely and accessible only to you. You can delete them anytime.
What modes are available?
All four modes — Sales, Negotiation, Argument, and Confidence — are available on both Free and Pro for text coaching. Pro additionally unlocks Phone Call Coaching, post-session analysis, and unlimited usage.
